I asked Dr Yuen's nurse once - why does she talk little? Her nurse told me that she does not say much when baby is normal and good. I should start worrying if she explains a lot because it means something abnormal.
I find her very 'cool' too but she gets friendlier towards the end of pregnancy.
It could be discouraging to first time mothers because first timers expect more explanations. Suggest first time mothers prepare questions in advance. Dr Yuen does not talk much but she answers questions.
She delivered my daughter last year. Very good skill. I could not locate the vaginal scar anymore.
近2個月我d M 來得很差，時間不準、好少& only 啡色….咁我11/25覺得必須要找Dr. Yuen check 吓，於是立即打電話去仁安book 時間，(of course, Dr. Yuen’s booking is full)，咁我就叫姑娘book其他doctor給我，因為我27/11-30/11要返大陸…於是姑娘suggest給他問Dr. Yuen 是否能見我，然後再覆我….Finally, Dr. Yuen schedule 咗第二日一早見我。
11/26 見Dr. Yuen, 講咗自己情況，佢就立即同我用陰超照….点知照照吓..
Dr Yuen: “好似有個囊wor…..你應該有咗”
我: ”應該唔得gar la!”
Dr Yuen: “mud 你咁論盡gar” (重覆數次) “等我睇清楚d先”(面色有点凝重，過了一會) “閃吓閃吓…有心跳……一分鈡162吓, 哎呀，唉，你真係論盡la”
然後再照b超……. Dr Yuen, “清楚哂la!” (Dr Yuen 露有微笑&很安心咁樣)
之後Dr Yuen好緊張幫我book OSCAR (我是高齡la), 由於已經8 wks了及乎合做OSCAR的日字剛碰上Christmas & new year, 所以立即叫姑娘左check右check ，finally book 了24/12.
I did not join the package, (since I decided to give birth not in HK previouly) the specialist fee is $550, treatment / Procedure is $220. This is basic charge. Normally 4 weeks vitamin and folic acid cost $80. I paid around $900 every time.
Sometimes it required laboratory test fee around $200-400.
It is unwise not join the package, but remember the package fee is not refundable

.到依家都37週,睇左佢都有差不多10次,連埋Oscar及4D都係搵佢做.
