It doesn't make sense & impossible to get such answer.....especially u have fully paid to Package Korea.

Started from last Nov., after I knew Package Korea was still waiting booking release official approval from the Vivaldi Park, I had emailed & called Vivaldi Park CS directly. U may try to call Vivaldi Park CS tel#822-2222-7000 (press 8, then press 8 again).....wait their CS to pick up your call. U tell her that u are from HK & need someone who can talk in English to help u....... Once their booking confirmation# is ready to release, they inform me by e-mail, and Package Korea also follow up their tasks with me immediately.

Hope u can have your problem fixed asap.
