6月4日開始報名 (先到先得), 大家又要開始計劃啦

I think i can go to TST to 報名 on the morning of 4 Jun. If u still want to join the 幼潛 Kwun Tong afternoon class, Please send the following information to me before 3 Jun.

已pm有興趣的mami是否自願當日 (6/04)到TST中心報名, 待大家回覆.

Target : 1) TST Sat. 3:30-4:30
2) KT Sun 3:30-4:30
3) TST Sat. 4:45-5:45

記得5/16前要先申請成為中心member先. 到該網站下載表格, 否則包班申請可能有延誤.

收到pm, 唔該晒, 最早4:00又真是好誇張. 我都未知想參加的mami有否在tst附近住又或tst返工可以去報名.

妳意思是Kwun Tong班也是在TST報名嗎? 咁就頭痛了!

這裡topic是Kwun Tong classes, 所以沒有TST.
我們只是在group人數包班, 未開始正式報名, 現在有幾件事要做:

1) 5月中前自行申請入會 hkcs, member card no. 要在5/23前準備好.
http://www.hkcs.org/cdcb/pec/form/pec.pdf

2) 每TEAM集齊8位mami 的資料 (baby's name, date of birth, father or mother's name, membership number, contact tel no), 然後6/04當天要有人一早去Kwun Tong排隊.

3) 當天報名時可能只能選擇上午或下午時段, 然後由hkcs安排確定時間.

Team A & B,
請問有那位 mami 住觀塘附近?
我在附近返工8:30, 可以回公司報到後再去HKCS幫忙, 報名時間應該9:00開始吧!

**請各組員在5/15前在此或PM我確認申請HKCS member, 如過後沒回覆, 將找其他後補mami.
**如以上有不對地方, 請更正.
