when my little girl is 4months, I want to have a helper to take care bb and also it is the first time. my friend introduce a helper who worked in HK over 10 years and has experience to take care new born bb.
but she has lots of requirements(not reasonalbe), always give black face ,argue with me and not following my order because she think that she is experienced maid and she is right. fianlly I have no patient with her and make decision to replace her after she work for me 10 months.
If must take one from three, I will prefer the third, but still
is not a good choice.the maid who has 12 experience, she knows too much hk and often has more requirement.
you are better choice one is learn quick and donot have too much HK experience, becuase if you are a working mum you still get 1.5 months to training helper.
