oh for the place, it is a big restaurant, located at the 2nd floor of the Regal hotel Kowloon. The space between table and table is ok. They alsohave some tables which can fit around 16 people.

金彩is not bad. I used to go there for Yam Cha & dinner quite often. And their service isn't that bad either. Worth to try... I think you can still get 15% for yam cha.

Last time we went there for dinner when my daughter was 1 mth old. And we spend around $3000+ tips (Cos we only have the gathering with our family).
