開了 bank account, 還可以 keep 住 non-resident status 嗎？

As long as your address is not from Canada, and you can ask the bank to specify that account is non-resident account. However, those interest generated would be taxable, the tax rate would follow non-resident tax rate

可以, CRA捉你會整體查你的, 單單一個bank account 不代表什麼
