if medela, at least medela swing maxi. because swing 唔夠力 and it is a single pump, maxi is double pump, save much more time。the best is freestyle. see whether 你係咪有決心餵人奶。因為freestyle 貴。但如果餵到自然離乳。絕對抵番哂。
for me. swing state at office, pump twice per day (no need to bring to and for every day)
home. avent duo (old version double pump), very very very good. but it is a heavy duty model, can't bring to and for to office every day )
i brought swing and found it is not good enough and go to see 母乳顧問 and she let me use AVENT, then buy one and use at home. swing state at office. and buy a tube for 一轉二，單pump 轉双pump
