talked with colleague and to know that If I buy 200K of HK Electric. Then may have HKD1000 per month (interest). my calculation only.
HK electric will send interest about twice a year.

seems it is more safe to buy a car park ?

if I put 700K, seems may have 4x00 per month

yes, same as car park unless to do "fixed deposit".
therefore, any similar products that I can have about 2000-3000 per month ? or even $1000 ?
(safe/steady grow/reasonable return)

how about ibond ? buy more from market ?
