想全家去旅行, 工人住邊好? [複製鏈接]

昨日同工人講我哋遲啲打算去旅行 (日本), 一係出$3000 (佢平時好捨得駛錢) 同扣假同我哋一齊去, 一係去我99度住. 跟住佢話要去agent度住可以做part-time, 我話唔得如果去agent度都唔知你做咩, 跟住又話如果去99度住就响嗰幾日放假, 後來我話遲啲再傾啦.....佢好似有啲唔開心咁.

1. 如果去agent度, 佢哋係唔係自己比錢同扣假?
2. 可唔可以一定要佢去99度住?
3. 仲有咩其他方法?

有心玩也的...要她在外过夜等于比个痛脚巨捉住...

我格尼屋全家去旅行,就揾左個裝修師夫去小裝間屋叫個工人睇住

其實味即係互相睇囉一石二了

所以每逢見有裝修師夫就表示....全屋都去旅行啦

Yes. I also have the same questions as Yi.

1. Is it illegal of living in boarding house if it is requested by my maid?
2. My maid being employed only 7 months. It is too far away in advance giving an annual leave to her. Can I give her free air-ticket to home and deduct her salary during our vacation?

我舊年去旅行帶堆工人一齊去，我幫佢出一半錢，佢自己出一半。佢平時做野ok，咪當獎勵佢囉。幫佢比哂太貴我afford唔到，比一半還可以。

問過佢想留係board house定一齊去，佢覺得自己比一半ok，所以一齊去。我對仔女又鍾意佢，佢又可以幫下手，都ok架！

Does the contract states that the maid has to live in your address?
I heard a case that the maid sued the employer for asking her to stay in boarding house when the employer went on vacation.
I asked my maid to go back to her home by giving her free air tickets and advancing her annual leave.

My best friend told me that last year, when they went to Japan for one week holiday. They send their house maid to boarding house. Finally, the agency introduced her house maid to work for seven days in difference family. They paid $150 each day 10hrs working for her maid.

So this summer, they will change another agency to renew her maid's contract.

My friend still need to pay her house maid salaries. Her maid was very happy becasue she had double paid.

我本身無比 home key 個工人, 因為佢要湊 bb, 我地唔比佢落街, 亦唔使佢買食送. 我老公就話, 將貴重嘢放入自己房, lock 左自己房門, 應該無問題 wor...!

我原先想叫佢去我 99 到住, 不過我老公唔想, 佢話驚我 99 唔知點教佢, 因為大家對工人既做法唔同, 重衰...

其實我都有諗過比佢去 boarding house, 但係諗真 d, 真係好危. 講真, 有 d agent 衰起上來, 比佢去做 part time, 佢地又有 comission, 何樂而不為? 有事就係我地做 employer 負責. 重有, 就算佢唔去做 part time (清潔0個只), 佢都可能會做0個 d 既 part time (prostitute)...

我哥哥有個工人就係咁啦, 佢有街坊話見到佢放假既時候做個 d 嘢, 我阿哥都係0係佢走左之後先知, 我哥好唔開心, 覺得佢好 dirty, 佢當時重係要照顧我既娌女... 真係諗起都想嘔...

we went to holiday 7days last month,
I let the maid go to my sister's home to learn cooking chi. food. at weekday.
abt noon to 8pm.

let her stay at home for rest and deep cleaning the house at weekend.

and I leave her $200 to buy food herself.

when we back, the house is clean and tidy(in surface), and she only spend $70 to buy food at those day, I am quite satisfy.

I dun know she go out often or not, but sure she can't bring any frined home becasue the sercurity of my building is quite tight.
