如果請工人 (菲/印傭), 每月洗費多幾多?
e.g. 人工, 保險, tax(?), 食, 水, 電... etc

我bb 11月出世啦. 考慮緊請唔請工人...

agent fee 大約要多少? 每年要比幾多$$ 工人買機票?

我個case一樣, 我用左5個月...最終寧願麻煩2邊家人幫手,有時自己湊去媽媽度,有時就有人來...我都係頂唔順
1/ 乜都比佢做,做得好家務,又驚湊得唔好..湊得b來家務又唔好
2/ 比佢只照顧bb又唔放心 , 家務都係要申苦自己做..多多少少
3/ 又怕佢地有情緒....(時有講電話sms..)唉.....
4/ 最重要係自己發覺,同唔like..將來bb同工人關係密切過屋企人..(bb跟雙方家人,好好朋友多過自己都無咁介意...如果跟工人多過頭就真係勁唔like) -- 而且都唔正常 <--呢個係我個人問題!!!

Hitting axes is very common ga...unless you do the shopping yourself or you give a shopping list to your maid and shop at Park N SHop or Wellcome lor...

If they hit your axes $10 a day for example, they have 10% bonus every month. That's why many maids like shopping at wet market. The shop oweners will also write a bigger amount for the maid so that they get more business.

average I need pay around at least $6,000 per months (wages, govt fee, agency fee, air-ticket, annual leave, OT pay for her rest day....and the eating, utilities expenses..damage fee) I use all my saving money in this year. and I just fired the yun last week, use $10,000...1 month notice $3,400, outstanding wages around $2,000, annual leave $1,100, and air-ticket $3,000 (high seasons, very expensive) totally $9,400....very poor for me. so you must consider the extra expense if you fire her.
