Me too, my maid also work for me since this May. Do you know how much time that we have to allow for this so called "renewal contract". Some say that our application should be treated as renewal which could be 3 weeks only, some say that it is treated as new application that takes the normal 4-6 weeks?
More, with regards, to the new contract, how do we calculate their annual leaves? Supposingly we have to pay her back the half year leaves before renewing her. So for the new contract which we expect to start in coming Nov, how do we calculate their leaves?
