My friend ate 芝麻糊 very frequently since she was pregnant the 1st month, her BB has lots of very black hair, and skin is white. My friend and her C6 have very dark skin. So it's a surprise to have such a fair skin BB. So I think 芝麻糊 is good. However, 芝麻糊 is very 凉, I still haven't started eating, maybe in mth 8 (i.e. next mth).
