我公司自己部電腦舊的Hard Disk 壞壞地,現已經換左一個新的,但壞壞地果舊要退回公司電腦部,但我要徹底刪除資料,我想話格式化聽人講好容易還原,現仲有什麼配件可以刪除Hard Disk 內的資料呢???

But if you hard drive malfunction, I do not think your PC will be able to recognize the hard drive. If that's the case, low level format may not be the solution.

Degauss is the only way but I am not sure if you shop have such equipment. If you have so much concern, perhaps you should discuss it with your IT department.

What is 壞壞地??If it is still operational, you can use some freeware/shareware, search from "secure delete" in Google.If it is not operational, you have to bring it to some data security service to 'degauss' it, i.e. use super-strong magnetic field to destroy all the magnetic pattern on the disk, as well as all the electronic component in it.
