We go to internet to find useful arguments, data and good points, NOT statements without support. By far, I only see you are 冇料到, no matter your guess is finally right or wrong.

I am not a smart guy, but I've seem some people exhibited no fear and always show how smart himself and giving a speech without any reasons & statistics, finally give us of all ridicule on his articles.

輸打贏要的行為經常發生, 願賭服輸的人就小見. I really don't understand why they always to complain government ? Why they didn't read all terms condition and the risk of investment before? I do not believe the bank have to say no risk when they buy the fund at that moment.

I lost money in stock market too but I will not complain anyone or government. Iwill remind to stop everything if you would not take any risks in the market. Don't complain anyone.

其實自用或投資,買貴了就是買貴了。若少银碼,就算了吧!(買樓就如賭博,嬴就開心,输
但居住(租或買)都是必須品,任何負責任政府或国家都不容許有炒買投機存在。
可參考新加玻的房政策
而且香港人的過往成功根本並不是倚靠地產,但到今日(近20年)地產商差不多己支配香港(例如幾位李生)及己涉及其他民生及專利例如碼頭貨運生意,所以唯有自求多福啦!
