洗面：ｆａｎｃｌ　＆　ｓｈｉｓｅｉｄｏ
覺得無乜特別，用完好爽，不過轉頭便開始出油
爽膚水＆ｅｙｅ　ｃｒｅａｍ：ｏ’ｓｌｅｅ
都係無乜特別，唔覺得搽左有咩好
日夜霜：ｏｌａｙ　ｔｏｔａｌ　ｅｆｆｅｃｔｓ
搽完一陣就出油，想轉，又唔知轉咩好
水份ｍａｓｋ：ｂｉｏｄｅｒｍａ
用左唔乾，但又唔覺好保濕
潤唇膏：ｋｉｅｈｌ’ｓ
搽完一陣都會乾，一年四季都＂爆刷＂

係咪我太求其？定係我用ｄ野唔啱？點解我用咩都無咩特別咁既？
從來用咩都未試過有你地講既ｗｏｗ　ｗｏｗ聲既效果
我ｔ字位出油，２邊面乾乾地，皮膚偏白，有暗瘡同暗瘡印
眼有少少黑眼圈和紋，但又唔係太乾，間中會生一粒半粒油脂粒
就黎三十歲加上轉天氣，又無出去做ｆａｃｉａｌ我怕會好快殘ａｒ，所以咪想轉過ｄ護膚品咁ｌａｗ，有冇好介紹姐？

我2X ~ 好鍾意用SK-II & La Mer.
如果有時間同$$, 睇皮膚dr. (唔係美容院)叫佢開D 啱你ge skin care 應該會幾好ga ~

V-beam : quite shocking,like the lightning. A little bit pain, but it disappears at once.
Laser : don't know and I will have it next week.

I think it's a long way to go to maintain the body.
Perhaps the tips are
Body
1) I visit the Chinese doctor to balance the function of my body frequently. He said women should receive good
care after period "M" or prenancy. If not, they would get old very easily.
2) Do the treatments in clinic
3) I got plenty of rest and sometimes do nothing at weekends
4) eat good food,drink plenty of water, no cold drinks
5) Take care of my body and protect it with products of
good quality.
6) Do exercise
Mentality
7) Take courses to refresh your feeling of studying
8) Never have unrealistic expectation
9) Feel unhappy -- take a bath, sleep and talk to others
I want to keep looking young in the way that Vivian Chow does!!

我幾油ｇａ，可能啱我，不過都系問問醫生先好ｄ
6次後就要停我都系咁ｗｏｗ，我仲以為因為我油先吾好做咁密天

me I don't need to buy other products. I just need to use very simple skin care products (Bicelle B5 gel )+ the
lotion + sunscreen lotion (the doctor said it is a must and I need to apply it every 3 hours; SPF30 is better than SPF50 because SPF50 may block the pores on the face)
They told me it is better not to wear make-up after the
laser treatment and if the skin condition improves I don't need to apply the make-up gel anymore. Just wait and
see the result. Of course they will ask you to join the
membership and other course.....

I bought the bicelle and Skin Medica with special offer. I
think Leaf 10XX sells them at cheaper prices..
I found that my skin is not that dry and yellow now. I
will have laser treatment every 15 days.

低頭時摺起，日積月累都會成紋，咪好難避免

30前無斑吾代表30後無, 因為後生補養吾好, 成日曬, 煙酒, ... 皮膚底層已經開始衰老, 只是你未睇到因仲未浮上來, 但到30左右, 底層的皮膚問題開始浮上來, ..斑,紋,乾...全部會出晒泥....由其是如果生埋bb, d斑就仲多 ...

咁後生應該點保養？３0歲呢關好恐怖ｗｏｗ
