我小朋友一直用鹽水洗鼻（都有一年了），但最近兩次他都說一吱鹽水入鼻洗時就眼睛痛⋯⋯

有人有這個情況嗎？

開心知道你個女已經康復，鼻竇炎真係幾麻煩食antibiotics 食到怕。keep 住洗發燒感冒都少了。
你提到Nasalcare 鼻可樂的洗鼻樽，我第一個都係呢個用了一年
不過洗樽時個膠環好易沖走，個樽就唔用得。
之後我轉了另一個樽，牌子 sinucleanse，設計好好多的,
你可以試下。

我用生理鹽水洗鼻好多年，放心無副作用，醫生都建議用。
我係去藥房買1000ml鹽水，用針筒慢慢唧入鼻內，
唧時頭可稍稍傾向前，眼望住鏡，不斷調校角度，
試多幾次就可以一邊鼻孔入，另一邊鼻孔出。

如果幫小朋友洗，建議大人先自己練熟，
同埋小朋友要揀細啲針筒，如5ml或10ml，
動作要慢，針嘴唔使完全插入鼻孔，小朋友鼻短，
怕唔小心反而會整親佢。

洗鼻應該可以日日洗架喎…老公前兩年開始日日用生厘炎包加溫水洗鼻，鼻敏感好左好多!唔洗反而唔舒服.

注意水既份量要準，咁濃度剛剛好就無咁易irritate。如果噴霧型小朋友覺得太強唔舒服可以試下壺型（eg netipot），由一邊流去另一邊，可能接受度會高d。:mother:

I am using Nasalcare (鼻可樂) as well. I think Nasalcare is much better than other nasal spray bcoz the former can clean the 鼻竇 thoroughly.
For those who are interested in Nasalcare, you can find search for "Nasalcare" photos first in google, and then find Nasalcare in large scale 葯房 using the above photo.

Dear Jm, Im suffering from this too, already.a month, its not easy.. As your info., I couldnt find the suggested products 鼻可樂 in justmed website. Would you mind take a photo of it, many thanks.

因為浸得唔夠耐，d粉未溶曬。我通常起碼15分鐘。同埋唔好用太凍嘅水，暖水攤凍比較舒服

My daughter got serious 鼻竇炎, had antibiotic for more than 3 months. Had visited more than 3 different specialist doctor in 6 months. And all the doctors said she cannot recovered without survey. The yellow 鼻涕 were stuck in the 鼻竇, need to do survey to clean the 鼻竇. Finally my doctor told me to clean the nose as ipork mentioned. After 1 week, she recovered. It is really a miracle!

You could buy the bottle and salt from JustMed. The product call 鼻可樂.

You could search youtube with "Nasal Cleaning". and as said by ipork, it is better you do it yourself and demo to your kids on doing so.

My daughter aged 6, she was soaking the first few times but then ok. She washed twice/once a day with 240ml salt water.
