請問,和記打电電話來, 平均$44/月, 2年約平嗎? 重有一個月完前約. 不過2年約,好似太長

I believe so. There are 7 features (more than what I have before). The interested thing is they can't confirm what exactly are those 7 features but said have what I have before. One more thing, they asked for my friend home numbers for reference but I said I only have my friend mobile.

佢都係話員工價喎! 如果有人唔知以為$44已經好平咪會續囉! 我諗真係有很多人唔知就咁比貴plan~尤其老人家添!

They just called me and offered again $44 plan at 1st. I said my friend have the retention price of $39/18 mth contact. The lady said that is the employee plan and need to seek manager approval. After 30 seconds holding my call (probably drink some water rather than talk with the manager) she offered $39/18 mth contact.

要send/fax份cut form返去，過兩天佢會有另一部門的人call返你比個平plan你的。

之前佢都有人起碼打了五、六次來由$83至$48，到fax cut form就有人call back 比$39個plan囉!

佢通常臨完約一兩個月已經call客續, 佢一定會話冇$3x咁平o既plan, or一定要續兩年! 所以我o地冇睬佢! 一直拖到完約前一至兩星期, 佢再call o黎就可以再同佢bargain (話佢知有人剛續約都有呢個offer....), 佢見快完約, 通常都offer到18個月, 除開約$3x. (我o地並冇send cut form)

Since my contact end Oct20 and they need 1 mth notification, I will be short notice and need to pay them one mth regular price of around $13x. Effective the day they receive the form.
