開心知道你交了款, 等待收green card.

BTW, 想講一聲響領事館比返個passport 我時, 有張一面英文一面中文既粉紅色紙, 教我點比POE fee, 唔會通知個 petitioner的. 紙度仲有我個alien registration number, case ID. 可惜唔知為何你收唔到.

另外, 其實NVC website, visa journey website, 同香港美國領事館網頁都有提要交呢個fee, 有需要既jm 可以去study 下.

Update:

I landed on mid June but until Sep didn't received Green Card.

Last week go SSN office checking they said my US Immigration Visa has been expired and they can't processed, telling me to renew the immigration visa from USCIS.

And then I call USCIS hotline, she telling me need to make an appointment at USCIS office.

Then I go USCIS found that the office I go is closed on Thu and Fri is half day working.

Next day I queue before 7am and walking (because online appointment is until mid Sep also I didn't know my Alien and case ID).

After successful check with USCIS knew that my immigration fee $165 didn't paid, and my petitioner mentioned she didn't received any email or letter mentioned there are outstanding fee.

I just want to know starting from application to immigration how many fee need to pay ?

My case is
$120 application
$325 (this fee is pay by cash cheque because the NVC system down)
$165 immigration visa

During online payment I found that the Alien number is missing a digit (added a 0 in front and it is the visa register number which I never know) and the case ID HNK... is too long need to delete the final two digits.

Last Friday I just pay for the $165 and hope I can get the green card soon.

visa 批左, 香港領事館比返visa 你時會有張粉紅色紙教你入境前要上網去 www.uscis.gov/uscis-elis 交POE fee, US$165, 交完有電郵confirm, mail 入面有句 "Your payment was applied to the following case(s): IOExxxxxxxxxx" , 用呢個no 去USCIS website 開account 可以check status. 其實你交左錢未? 未交就算你入左境都唔會process 整張green card 比你既. 請問你是否親人申請過來的? 因為我係IR-1 visa, 其他visa 唔清楚, 要其他人答.

I didn't received any email asking for POE payment ! before and after I land.

Can you please sharing more information ?

I do have account to login but when I use my immigration USCIS receipt number, it shown the status have been approval since 2010, so I cannot check any card status.

你太早問SSN了, 因為三個星期都收唔到至要搵佢地, 我收唔到, 之後直接申請, 一個星期就收到了.

你land 之前交POE fee, 會有個 IOEXXXXXX之類既 number e-mail 比你, 你上 USCIS 個網開個戶口, 可以查你張卡既status. 收唔到就上網問

不過網上話呢part 做得好差, 好多人兩至六個月至收到, 打去問親就叫你等多三個月, 一唔係就話寄左, 屈你收左/話寄失左, 焗你填 I-90 form 比 US$450申請過, 仲要3個月後至有. 唯有祝大家好運.

SSN 好緊要, 要快快返黎攪返.

I landed in LA on 6/18 until today (8/18) still didn't received SSN and Green Card.

Dear brother and sister,

what can I do ?

I tried the link select non-delivery of card but didn't know which Form number and Form sub type I should choose.

After landed "first week" I go to SSN office and they told me they can't do anything for me and told me waiting.

And I back to HK in end of June, I will go back to US in Sep, hope the I551 working. (it valid for 1 year).

等成3個星期都未收到SSN, 結果去附近既SSA office 問, 職員查過個system, 跟本海關冇彈資料比佢地做!!我之前上網去visajourney.com 見好多人都係咁, 所以出門口前都印定申請表填定先. 結果即場申請返, 申請完職員有封信比我, 話兩星期內會收到.

網上原來話海關響我地入境時, 應該要online click 一個box, 咁我地新入境移民既資料至會彈去SSA 個system. 原來好多時都做漏, 所以50/50 既人會冇process!!

所以有人甚至話, 填DS-260時費事yes 申請SSN 果兩個位, 一入境自己去申請, 保證2星期內收到!!

死啦, 我入境時個關員好求期, 我改地址佢用支筆就咁向我既文件度改, 仲寫錯兩次要我提佢... 好驚下個月夠45日都未收到green card!

出green card嘅部門辦事好混亂，我們就係land入境時在immigration改地址，最後只有我的綠卡在新地址收到，其他家人的就一直收唔到，打電話追，上網跟進tracking,份郵件可以遊美國成個圈後彈回寄出地，要打好幾次電話追才寄啱地址，足足搞左5個月才收齊。所以可以的話，避免修改地址為妙。

我好有共鳴，下下要等好幾日，我第一次入 check， 4日都仲未用得，唔知訂仲以為係咪 c6 唔記得入錢，所以張票過唔到，問c6 他話正常要4到5日

乜都係等等等了又等 c6叫我比d耐性!我調節梗自己步伐

真心懷念香港既效率，服務! 不過凡事有兩面，嚟到美國，少左好多黑心食品，有好既天氣陽光，有多d既生活空間，可以食自己種既水果，香港要搵好多錢都未必有呢個生活水平

大家一齊努力啦，我都努力學習係美國生活

你申請綠卡時已經要提供一個美國地址, 通常大家會比美國呢邊家人或者朋友既地址, green card & SSN 就會寄去果度.

你亦可以landing入境時叫海關個職員同你改 (如何果時你有新地址), 入境後如果改地址, 可以上 USCIS 個網網上申請改地址既.
