本人早前在這店agent請o左 個印印, confirm前重同佢用電話interview過, 佢英文都可接受, 皆因agent話佢在singapore打o左兩年工. 但當佢到我家工作時, 佢什麼都唔明我講o既英文同中文....時時做錯野....cooking唔識....又唔識同小朋友玩耍....完全zero溝通．．．清潔又唔得．．．好似never打過工咁．有次重把自己條浴巾及衣服跟小朋友ｏ既衣服一起入洗衣機洗．．．氣得我要死．．又一次佢明明 look after my son when we were having dinner, 居然我個仔可以自己關ｏ左房門在房中哭．．最後，為免有意外發生，決定terminated her without given her one month payment.
This agent warned me to pay her the one month payment, otherwise, her headquarter & indonesian headquarter would assist the maid to sue me. At the end, I insisted not giving her the one month & issued a termination letter saying the reason why I early terminated her clearly.
I thought I was unlucky to hire/select this maid, but until I met another mum yesterday. She told me she hired her new maid from my same agent that she encountered the similar situation with me. She spoke with her new maid on a telephone interview before signed contract, it seems the maid was pretty good in english, but upon arrival HK, she didn't know even "What is your name?". so, she decided to bring her back to the agent, but the agent said someone will contact her later....點知居然有個好似黑社會口腔ｏ既人打電話同佢講一定要賠足錢．．．this mum went down to the agent & complainted, but the lady said it was not her responsibility since this case had been passed to their head quarter.....at the end, this mum reported to the police in front of their agent office, unfortunately, the policeman advised that they couldn't accept this kind of case since it's related to consumer issue....therefore, they had no choice to contact consumer council & labour department by herself....., 期間this黑社會口腔ｏ既人重不停打電話煩佢地．．．
故事好長．．．而我覺得有需要share with everybody since this agent has few branches in HK & Kowloon side.

The consumer council replied that as long as the agent arranged the same girl we have choose to us (referred to the profile photo and name), so that we cannot claim 貨不對辨. They said nobody could guarantee each girl's quality. Therefore, as a employer, we have to be careful to choose a reliable agent.
After this lesson, it is better for us to interview the potential maids through the video conference at least. If the agent couldn't arrange it for us, I won't choose them.
