1) Indo, 32 age, divorce, no children
2) 147cm, 50kg
3) HK - 2 contracts both take care new born (nov99-nov01 underpaid), (nov01-jul07)agent話ex-employer移民USA, 呢個case 唔係break contract 返印尼, 真的嗎??
4) Can speak cantonese only
5) 工人係印尼, 要2個多月才可來港
Video conference communication is ok but no reference check for previous experience. 如果你係我, 會請佢嗎? Do you think if the maid was divorce and no children is no good to take care new born ?

1) Philipino, 34 age, married, 1個3years old child
2) Saudi Araba - 6 years, Singapore - 2 years
Now is working in HK abt 1.4 years and wants to find new employer coz the existing employer 請兩個工人take care 3 children (3, 6, 8yr old), 佢話 亞 mum 同 亞sir 成日嘈交完, 亞mum就會罵佢地, 工人頂唔順成日咸, 想resign, find new employer. 你覺得可信嗎?
Absolutely agree not to hire unfinished contract helper. I have made the same mistake hiring my current Indo maid - her reason was returning home to look after her sick father. Now I am going to fire her (working for 1.5 year with my family) but I need to wait for the new Philipino arrives (early Jan 09). 忍得很辛苦!

Just query if the maid was divorce and no children but had experience to take care bb for such long period. Do u think it's okay??
