我果日walk in sogo,個SA話有個冰川藍....咁我係鋪頭睇啲色有啲同平時唔同我以為啲燈光問題令到我同平時睇唔同,我照買左返屋企,我簽果陣又無睇單
返到屋企打開黎睇睇清楚先知完全唔係冰川藍,睇單先知佢俾果隻係blue saint cyr.......
打返去鋪頭搞左一輪佢俾我返去換但係唔保證有咩色.....
我而家15,16去唔去換好....

其实双方都有疏忽,如果真系好吾中2隻色,你试下打去佢customer service 叫佢幫你揾。H係世界品牌,我覺得這是售后服务應有責任,你使6萬蚊梗想買到心頭好啦。(我之前试过在C品牌,朋友見到C的hot item 手袋即刻幫我買左,但又冇check清楚,到我手發现有少少问题,我拎去shop想換,但SA愛理不理话间间都冇,我嬲嬲地打上去,话係咪即系叫我果幾萬蚊掉落咸水海!佢地好快幫我搞掂揾到換番。)P.S 但其实我覺得blue saint 靓过冰川藍young D
