我都想入市，但仍未有心水，仲睇緊。而加係怕銀行估價不足及好多銀行只做7成。

真係好多人想買or換樓. 我諗住早買有得揀Ｄ優質盤, 所以last week 已經出了價, 兩日前成交了. 現在找緊bank做mortage.
