I didn't pick this maid. I leave this maid in this agency.

Yes, on just next day, Ng's called me if I can give a chance to this maid. If I found this maid not acceptable, they will pay the return ticket and no other charges. Otherwise, the maid will claim from me. Come on, on the same day I refused to pick this maid, Koo's said I have not need to pay these already. And now how can I trust this agency again.

I write termination letter together with complaint letter to immigration dept. immedaitely.

How bad and cheap of this agency, they also provide me the false info and find someone to pretend the maid's employer to reply my questions. Fortunately, I found it early but has paid all agency fee. I've consulted some law firm that they told me I can sue this company. Is it the same branch of agency you go, I think there are Ms Ho and Ms Chan to serve u, isn't it. They are really cheap guys. What will u do now, that means you haven't pick up the maid? If you don't want to talk here, you can pm me. We are on the same boat.

I think the agent will push the maid to claim you.

According to our useless Government, upon the maid’s arrival of Hong Kong, she is officially your maid and the contract is started.

Complain to Consumer Council and also the Immigration department, then sumbit a file first (can be in person or e-mail).

Have you got a copy of the maid’s passport to prove that she is not a finished contract maid?

If you can prove the contract is invalid ( check the terminology of valid contract in some law firm website la), then you may not need to pay for any compensation.

I signed contract with this agency on 30 Sept. And thought telephone interview, the maid spoke fluency cantonese. Once I got the VCA no from agency and found the number end with 07. I called and needed their clarification. They confirmed the maid finished two years contract.

Last night, I pick up this maid and she totally did not understanding my words. So I requested to check her passport. I shocked that she only worked in hk for three months and extended her visa four times. She told the agency that her ex-employer did not pay her.

I stop them immediately and refused to pick this maid. At that time, the agency said they will responsible to send back this maid.

However, this morning, the agency called me again (another girl). She told me that I need to pay one month salary and return ticket. I told her that what the maid claim me I will sue them for the compensation and complaint with Consumer council, INDO consulate and HK Immigration.

I am very angry that they are dishonest. What can I do if the push the maid to claim me?

Would u pls explain it in detail. I don't understand why you need to pay one month salary and ticket to the maid. That means the maid has provided service to you already. Will u through Consumer Council to help u? Pls clarify.

This agency provided me a INDO maid not finished contract and sued employer before going back to INDO.

I refused to pick this maid after I checked her passport. And now, this agency asked me to pay one month salary and return ticket.

I will claimed from this agency if the maid sue me.

運 tone, locate at CWB. pls don't hire any maid from this 賤agent. They haven't provide any service to me but already rec'd the full agency fee.

but all the sudden, we had read a bad agency case on 'apple daily' yesterday, they were there on 'case no.1'. haha, so everyone check it out from the newspaper on nov/22, sat. bad person would have the same manner to all. Beware!! please spread out the words!
