Perhaps organic/free range chicken liver? I cooked that for my b twice, but he did not like it even a bit!!!(I steamed a pueed it)

我仲以為又驗d到食物有問題添.

肝係有好有營養, 我地自己食都有益 (枸杞豬潤湯好正~~). 如果你有餵人奶, 唔好食豬潤.

不過始終佢係化解毒素既器官, 間中俾bb 食少少冇問題, 不過一定要煮到熟透.

我都未試過, 因為內臟好似唔係好衛生, 我同老公都唔多敢比佢食, 係米真係對佢地有益架?
需然我自己唔食內臟, 如果有益, 我都會比佢食架!
