It's quite obvious you are lying, first you said you bought the bag in Italy from their store and that you did not leave your details because they did not ask you to. On Facebook you said your husband bought the bag from an unknown shop but lost the receipt. I asked you twice if your husband claimed tax free on the bag but you did not reply. If your husband did claim tax free then the shop will definately have your husband's details. If your husband did not claim tax free then there is no point buying in Italy might as well buy in HK. I saw your previous posts it clearly shows you are a reseller I'm not sure why you post and bash Fendi when their policy clearly states that they will need proof of purchase.
Your Facebook name and your Baby-kingdom name is totally different and by looking at your previous posts it looks like you are a reseller therefore I'm wary of bag. You still haven't answered my previous question, did you husband claim tax free on that bag?
Can you please delete the screen shot, it has my name on it. That is my actual Facebook account, yours is not. Or at least cover my profile face and name
