sorry for my late reply. I heard that there is a "baby's talk" class on Sunday afternoon. It is better to double check with the Centre.

Agree, most of the playgroups are running the similar program.

If you are attending a playgroup else where & want to add an extra program for your bb, you can try the "Kindermusik" then.

For my case, I only apply one class per week. I choose Baby's talk, as I think my bb can learn more in playgroup. Hope this info can help.

baby's talk is playgroup, just the name of the course, they have a few categories for different age group.I think all playgroups are about the same, i have attended a few playgroups before, most of it in Kowloon area, but I think Kid's Corner has the best program and facility.

the difference between kindermusik and baby's talk has been discussed earlier on, you could trace back and check the previous discussion.
Kindermusik is a musik program that stimulates all round development. Baby's talk is English playgroup.
I'm sure you have attended their trial, how was it?

u will send yr son to the pre-school programme?

The baby's talk schedule on sat's morning 10:45am to 11:45am, right? Is there any class for the baby's talk on Sun??

Hey, Rabb, your bb is around 15 mths now, rite? I guess Kindermusik may be too easy for him & he properly can learn more stuffs in Baby's talk. my son is 3 mths elder than yours. He went to Kindermusik at his 10th mth. & Switched to Baby's talk in his 15th.

In baby's talk, my son is able to learn more. They have different things each week, such as matching cards, pointing out different parts of the body, jumping & tip toes... & recently they built up a house with turnel, my son loves it, & help to decorate the house.

for sure, you can go for a trial class there. U will see if you son enjoys it. I am in the class on Sat morning. May see u there.

Kindermusik or baby's talk? hmmm, to be honest i think both are good, but just kindermusik is more educational, and parents get to learn alot of things, baby's talk is fun, it really depends on your child and what you want from the class. For me, i like both, I enrolled them in Kindermusik stage3, but only starting after chinese new year. right now they are in the phonics and playgroup.

I didn't join the course for my girl, as the course content was too difficult. I guess when my girl becomes 1.5 years-old, I will let her attend the playgroup @ smartyland.

For the kids-coner, I am planning to send my girl to study their pre-school prog.. As I was told that those attending the playgroup have priorty to enrol the pre-school prog, hence, my girl and I will be attending the kindermusic playgroup starting from this Sun.

Yes, King Sir spoke in Cantonese as he need to explain that to the parent, but I prefer the tacher to speak in Cantonese through.

BTW, do u have MSN, if so, pls PM me yr email add so that I can add u...

No la.... actually, want to seek if there's any gd pg in YL first as it's really tough to send the bb to have the pg in KLN... is there's really no choice here... will consider that later...

and u? how old is yr bb?
