Since a few of you had asked me about the trial experiences in regards of taking Hedia to several different gyms, here below the sharing and let's exchange ideas:
1. Gymboree: Location: Central (mid-level), if not driving, location is not very convenient since you have to transfer at Central/admiralty by bus/taxi. Hygiene Factor: Excellent, with nappy changing facility, Faculty: Young Chinese girls, speak good English, energetic and passionate. 1 main facilitator with 1 assistance. Program: action song, free play, bubble time, action song, exercise.
p.s they offer a 'life time membership' of around HKD300 and allow you to bring your baby for a 1hr free play at their gym from Mon - Fri.
2. Little Gym:
Location: TST East (New World Centre basement 2). Location wise is convenient since they offer 2 hr free parking throughout the week.
Hygiene Factor: Excellent, with nappy changing facility.
Faculty: An East Indian male coach. He was used to be a personal fitness coach in HK and he just finished his Education degree in UK. He's fun with patience. He speaks English well although with a slight bit of ascent.
Program: Well equipped with professional 'olympic liked' gym set (ie balance beam, high-low beam...etc). They set up the program by semester basis, although commitment is much longer, yet the program objectives is much clear and overall is much structured.
3. Panda Junction:
Location: Central (Wynham street), not conveniently location. Training venue is small and packed.
Hygiene Factor: Good, with very clean toilet & nappy changing facility.
Faculty: Caucasian English speaker, patience.
Program: similar to gymboree.
4. JWT Kids (TKO):
Location: convenient and is located in the centre of TKO area.
Hygiene Factor: Excellent, since they just newly opened a couple of weeks ago.
Faculty: Caucasian English male facilitator with 2 assistance.
Program: similar to gymboree.
5. My gym (Hunghom/Central):
Location: not quite convenient in particular with their Central location since it's actually location in b/t Garden Road and Macdonald Road.
Hygiene Factor: Good (with Central is even excellent since it's just opened about 1/2 yr).
Faculty: Caucasian English speaker/Overseas born Chinese female facilitators. 1 main and 1 assistance facilitators.
Program: similar to gymboree.
Overall my impressions are most of the gym is more or less the same in terms of their facility & faculty. Personally experienced that 'Little Gym' is comparatively more professional in terms of both. And that's why Hedia just started off with their Friday class (every Friday from 10:15AM-11AM).
Should you be interested for the trial class at Little Gym, please let me know and we could expect you to be there. And if you happen to live in the TKO area, we could travel together by bus.

My son took the trial class at JWT gym at Central when he was 9 months. It is a open area gym. Quite good ! You can call to them.
my baby has joined mygym @hung hom and she already attended 3 lessons, she does not like swinging or other balancing movement, but she loves climbing a lot, she can climb onto the slide by herself and see how she practises at home: http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=65485501704
this may be the disadvantage of attending gymnastic playgroup.
