I had the same case happen bef. What you need to do is sent she a letter to her home (indo) 雙掛號, said she had absent her work, since 24 Jan 2009, if you can't come back to your work on or bef (eg. 1 Feb 2009) that mean you resing this job.

Also you need to keep a copy of this letter. and fax to the 入境事務署

Yes, she's indo and just been here for 2 months and a week.

I have her full name, ID no. and copy at home only.

可以,

寫清楚您自己(僱主) 姓名, ID No. , 住址, 同工人的資料 (as much as you can provide), 入境處查得返.

記得留 contact number, in case anything in doubt they will call you to confirm.
