想問下大家意見

工人黎時講明唔可以講電話. 不過有時晚上佢搞掂晒係房sms. 我都冇理佢.

不過我個女擒晚講俾我知, 個工人而家晚上都會講下電話. 有時仲會下午我個細仔訓左下午覺都會講下添

甘我話下佢你地點睇. 因為我估係農曆新年後開始, 因為放多左假, 佢就開始鬆左落黎. 佢黎左我屋企都10個月嫁啦.

平時既表配都不過不失. 冇咩大問題.

Totally agree with you.
If she use the phone when we are not at home then I have nothing to say.
Actually, I tell my maid you can take a rest or use the phone (her mobile) when housework is finished and baby is sleeping. Of course she can't use it in front of me or while I'm home, she did it B4 and I blame her directly.

To be honest, we are human so our maid also need a balance, need communicate with friend or family. If she is talking in a proper time and circumstance then we have to "one eye open, one eye close".

using the phone

I hired 4 helpers, all of them are very talkative. My son complains that my current helper talks (on the phone with friends) and sleeps in the whole afternoon after lunch. Yes, that's true, she won't play with my boy

and she is unable to ask my boy to do homework (my boy doesn't listen to her). She has nothing to do but sleep

and talk on the phone.

Yet, I understand, there is no perfect helper, current one does keep the house clean (first helper didn't), doesn't bring me collectors (3rd helper forced me to fire her because of collectors even she was the only maid played with my boy crazily) and her performance is still tolerable to me.

我已事先聲明，非緊急嘅電話要在晚上工作完後才講；第一年會好D，但全屋都上班上學，又怎知她有沒有經常講電話；真的要她本人自律哩！
