There are at least 2 delivery rooms at the Adventist. I saw them in use. But it's a good idea to call and ask before going there.
As for room availability, I noticed more people from mainland checked in on Friday and Saturday. There were a couple of empty beds in the general ward on Thurs but all full by Sat.
Semi-private rooms were not full even over the weekends. There is a good chance you can get the room all to yourself on weekdays.
The nurses spent quite some time with me on breatfeeding... my problem was I didn't have enough milk ... but they helped me breastfeed anyway

I gave birth (natural delivery) at the Adventist in Jan09. The delivery room nurses are excellent, way above my expectation. The bill was $53xxx and worth the money.
