yeah, there's why I'm asking... there 's no high school in red area, only purple area is my catchment area both include red and purple area?

Seems like there are 3 high schools in your catchment, not sure why it's been spilt though. One is for high school (purple) and the other is for primary school (red).

I have the plan to go back once my kid finished his primary school in HK...that will be in 3 years time.

I did some research about school catchment area and found that Cherrybrook technology high school is having good ranking among those government schools. The property price in Cherrybrook is not very high compared to other suburbs but of course, Sydney housing price goes up a lot in the recent years.

Cherrybrook high school seems to be a huge school and having 2020 students in total. This school is having good HSC results, is it because of their student populations? I wonder if anyone here knows more information about this school? Thanks a lot.
