So far I am quite lucky! In November I place 2 separate orders at Selfridges and I received my parcels not longer than 5-6 days. The last order I placed on Friday 15/12 and received it today in well packing.
I actually placed two orders separately on 21/11. The second one came on 27/11 but the first one never arrived. However, the tracking status with Skynet shows that it's been delivered. I've tried to contact Selfridges and Skynet for the past three weeks just to chase back my parcel which was about HK$2100. They only told me to be patient and wait for their investigation. Clearly, they lost my parcel. However, Selfridges refused to refund my order at this stage. I would file for an complaint to both HK and London consumer council after the Christmas break. Lesson learnt! I would never order anything from Selfridges anymore!
