碧海is very good. The clubhouse is the most beautiful and luxary. It is more comfortable and not so crowdy as it is farther away from the other 'three dragons'. But the disadvantage is that it is expensive!
我租過兩次昇悅居兩房, 向山(高層) & 向內園 (中層).
I have many friends and family members who have bought or rented in 昇悅, 泓景 & 宇睛. We all think that in terms of buying 兩房單位, 昇悅居 兩房 is the best because:
1. 昇悅居 is SHK - 建築質素is a lot better than 泓景 & 宇睛 (One of my relatives in 泓景 has 漏水problems & the walls in 宇睛 are very thin, also宇睛 all have 黑廁).
2. 昇悅居的兩房客廳好正 - even my own 相熟agent said that in ALL of Kowloon 較新屋苑中 (6-7樓齡內), 昇悅居的兩房客廳 (647') is the largest. It is even bigger/almost as big as some of those 泓景 & 宇睛三房單位的客廳. Of course then 昇悅居 rooms are slightly smaller. But because I live only with my husband and we have no kids, we prefer a bigger 客廳. Very nice.
3. Because 昇悅樓底好高, my 業主自己住時, 做 many 高櫃, 我租住時, there was a lot of 存儲空間 , but no 壓迫感 because 樓底高.
4. Many people don't like 向山那邊, 我住過向山 & 向內園. Personally, my husband and I like 向山 more (but must be 高層, then you are above most 工廠 and can see more green) because we love 私隱. 住高層向山, you can't even see any neighbours in 客廳. When we lived 向內園, we felt we were surrounded by neighbours outside. Of course this is a personal preference.
Hello,save:你好呀^^我也是睇兩房單位,今日才睇過泓x臺7座Ｈ室,業主叫285喎....個人認為260左右喇,個agent仲要話有買趁手,必走 ,其實我就鐘情宇睛高層向深水埗方向,我覺得個景好靚,但過300所以吾駛諗.太優質單位我哋又買吾起,主要吾好太差就ok喇,如向橋工廠那邊和泓x向西就吾會考慮.keep in touch^^
