我想問結果你同個MAID係和平分手(1MTH NOTICE)定係補錢叫佢即走呀???
你有冇補TICKET佢走就係要個AGENT負責呀??

如係第一次約...我唔會放佢囉...容mut易番泥之後要養多個gar咁就大件事啦...d妹都唔負責任嘅話結就結都唔知係唔另有原因...

Just sharing my case:-

My ex-maid came on Oct 2008 and left on Mar 2009. Only 5 months worked in my family. She has been in HK for 4 years with one employer before signed with me.

When she cames to my home, she asked to resign when we gave her the first month salary. I was angry with her and complaint to the agent then she changed her mind in final.

Two months later, she asked me to give her 3 weeks AL by the end of Jan. Of course, I didl not give her and explained the CNY is coming, I cannot take leave and see can she change it to Feb or Mar.

Later on, I tried to spoke with her in a right timing, ask her 3 weeks AL is going back for Married? If yes, then I need to plan when to let her go. She then honestly tell me "Yes" and I asked why she still need to sign contract with us, if she is planning to work one month in my home in the beginning. She said, it was teaching by her friend who is an Indo that worked in HK for 10 years.

I will suggest you to ask her to resign...or ask her to get marry after finish contract. How long will the contract finish?

千其唔好比佢返, 一係叫佢resign, 我個neighbour就係咁, 個工人返左去, 連電話都打熄埋, agent又搵佢唔到佢, 一獲比佢'Q'起, 終於個囡幾個月都無人湊. 如果你真係比佢返, 唔好出糧比佢, 你話返黎先出, 機票自己買.

ask her resign is mandatory as to protect employer's interest, otherwise there would be 2 outcomes: no show up or bring back with one more people(baby)
