請問有沒有人之前曾經用PR身份去加拿大, 但沒有成為citizen就回香港,
而楓葉卡過了期, 又想重回加拿大的個案分享

你地有成功renew PR 身份嗎? 可以申請配偶子女有PR 身分嗎?

如果ETA reject係咪即係一定要放棄PR? ( 意思係已被發現？己有record由美國入都唔得?) 如果以visitor 入到境，6個月會唔會有人通緝？

你有PR, 即係有永久居民身分，無端端唔會趕你走，返黎坐夠時間後可以申請入籍

大家好：心中有好多疑问，因為我的PR咭明年到期，之前都是land咗一兩個月就返香港。現在決定想走了，係咪在PR咭到期前入境，之后唔走，坐滿2年，就可續証呢？很怕坐滿2年後都不给我續証，換来结局是加國趕我走。

你呢啲case，同我之前一樣，我可以好肯定咁答你，你唔好再嘥錢搵律師，唔會幫到你，冇一個律師可以答到你點樣攞返之前身份。亦唔會有任何捷徑，請你睇清楚之前嗰位話八個月就攞返PR身份，因為佢老公係Ciizen .佢係同緊佢一齊生活，情況完全唔同。

我想回多倫多，因為我父母年紀大了，需要人照顧. 我的女兒今年要上大學。她想在香港以外的地方讀書。我想節省 foreign student費用。但是恢復 PR 身份併申請女兒留在加拿大需要很長時間。實際上不是我想要的。無論如何，我今年夏天將回多倫多探望我的父母和姐妹。我會找一位律師來確認我是否有更快的方法來恢復PR身份。像以上回復一樣，有人只需要8個月。否則我的女兒將代替我留在那裡讀書，並照顧祖父母。

PR 身分唔會無端端冇咗, 除非你入境時CBSA舉報你, 或者你自願放棄.

1. PR Card 過期就等於PR Status過期(X)PR Status不會過期, 只會喪失(自願或經過法定程序)

你想拎返身份就試下返嚟, 好似netnetyip住夠兩年再申請返PR card, 小朋友方面之後再想吧, 總有辦法.

Right. I was told I have lost my PR status until Oct 19, when the Gov. sent the letter to my Toronto home requesting me to vote for the prime minister. I did the research on the internet and found out that for my situation I can be back to Toronto if I have the ETA. I doubt if I enter Canada with a Travel visa, and stay there for more than 2 years, without challenge from the Immigration.

I got 2 children now. I do not want to leave them in Hong Kong. If I bring them to Toronto this way, it takes some years before they can get the PR status. My friend took around a year to start a business in Prince Edward Island and got the PR status for the whole family.

I was told I will be in trouble to apply ETA again (5 years). I got to make the decision soon.

我們之前Land 了，然後回香港，十幾年後想再回來，你們不用side 錢問所謂律師或移民顧問，他們的答案一定是你已經沒有了身份你要重新再申請，如果你問加拿大移民局，他們要你在香港的移民局申請一個正式的Visa才可以入境但是這個Visa他們一般是不批的。

其實如果你申請到ET A，應該有五年嘅時間，咁你可以試吓過嚟多倫多攞返黎你嘅身份，只要你入到境，然後喺度居住兩年，兩年後申請PR卡，一般一年後你會收到。
SIN 卡是沒有expiry date .我九七年Land .14 年回多倫多，當我找到工作後，照樣給顅主我的SIN 卡，是完全沒有問題的，然後三個月後申請Health card.第一次申請可能有小小問題，如果職員有疑問的話，你再試試其他分店。

Seems there is no expiry of SIN. So, are you legal to work in Canada before getting the PR card? And have you seeked the advice from attorney during the PR status confirmation process.Thanks.

Hi, my situation is similar to you. I got the Land paper, expired SIN and health card. I landed in 1994. May I know your procedure to renew the expired SIN and Health card? Were you legal to work in Toronto before getting the PR card? Thanks.
