An extra step that I usually do:
- After I pour the egg mixture over the bread, I will leave it for 2+ hours before baking, as this will allow time for the bread to absorb the mixture.
Bread and butter pudding is a traditional English desert. It’s a great desert during winter and when the days are wet (rainy days).
