My agent said many people are now selling out their flat 茵翠豪庭, as they think it is 很"隔涉".And further more there are around 2 or 3 電塔 nearby,which is not good for our health.So,I prefer to buy 洪水橋 菁雅居 now.
Actually living here the main aim is pets a dog, many of them are pet 2-3 dogs.
The management company is fair enough and quite good.
Regarding the price, I'm not really know since I have not compare, but my friend also bought here last month, her flat is 2/F with roof floor, around 230.

I live in Villa Pinada for almost 5 years, it is very good to lviving here since there is very silent and very good for kids growing here, big space here.
