Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management and team members to formulate sales and branding strategies,develop and execute business plans for developing and maintaining good relationship with clients in Hong Kong and Macau
- Grow the market share, sales turnover and profitability in Hong Kong by exploring new channels and creating demands for existing key accounts
- Work closely with local chain stores and provide product training and support to them, to ensure service quality and implementation of all sales activities
- Work closely with marketing team to develop the branding activities with solid understanding on retail / consumer market
- Sales reviews and trade terms negotiation with key accounts
- Work closely with different internal functions to ensure business objectives are achieved with outstanding service
- Maintain a close relationship with the clients and offer them different promotion activities to boost up sales
- Work closely with Purchase and Marketing department to maintain appropriated inventory level to support the wholesales business
- Manage key accounts independently for 5P planning, customer negotiation, implementation and post analysis
- Admin work such as scanning, filing, data entry for the purchase record on each client etc
- Ad hoc reports for the supervisor and managers
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in sales or key account management,preferably in beauty or retail industry
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills
- Good time management skill and is able to multi-task
- Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficiency on MS Excel
- Immediate available is highly preferred
