that's the point. I had read many many articles regarding the complaints of this brand. They also push cusumers to buy. One case was they asked an old woman ( I forgot the exact age, but should be over 65) to buy facial and a lot of skin care products but actually she had no $$. Her daughter complained this case and asked for refund.
