咁你一日control個卡路里intake幾多到? protein / carb / fat 既比例呢?
我而家都行緊低碳, 成日想搵D high protein snack 但又無, 又無咩推介?
我最多淨係搵到魚肉腸 (but usually the protein & carb ratio is 1:1), or
魚乾仔 high protein but a bit smelly to eat in office I think...

can't stay in office without any snack, chewing gum too much is not so good as well
