Social media shared a video (attached below) that a person dressed in FSD uniform was assisting people participating in unlawful assembly / riot escaping from a MTR station.
The question is why he assisting the criminals escape, together with some other rioters?
According to the law of HK, wilfully assist a criminal is an offence. Should members of FSD have privilege to ignore the laws of HK? I bet that your staff would state that he was helping people out from dangerous. So, another question is what is the dangerous inside the MTR station?
Please explain who and why your staff helping the criminals, and more importantly, please brief your staff to do the right things for our beloved Hong Kong.
