- Report to Sales Manager and work closely with sales and marketing teams
- To achieve company sales target, increase distribution and penetration of products
- Lead the sales teams to grow aggressively and to be competitive in the market
- To establish and develop a strategic relationship with existing clients
- To handle daily work on any sales issues, such as email and answer the phone call
- Handle in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the watch industry
- Able to manage multi-task and work under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
- Self-motivated, aggressive and determined to meet sales targets
- Strong selling and presentation skills, with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and well-organized with good coordination
- A good team player with responsibility and work independently
- Mature and detail-minded
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately availability is highly preferable
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Sales Manager
