I think we should get a refund for school bus on a 50% basis, as there's no service provided and it's unfair to us as uses of school bus as compared to students using public transport or private cars. And some school bus company would not even pay to the school driver as their salary basis is no on fixed sum.
For school fee, it would be difficult to get refund, but school should arrange make-up class for maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of the school days. I think this will settle the unsatisfactory emotions of the parents. I think quite a no. of teachers do not work full time \ or even on duty daily. Reference to the commerical world, the employee would also suffer from forced unpaid leave.... it may sounds harsh but we should bear the cost together...
I have applied summar course for my children ....$8XXX in their kindergarten which start from mid July 09. I have called them but they said the course will start...... and said I cannot get any refund! I don't see any chance to get back the fee. Seems the flu will more serious in coming date. Really don't understand why they still insist to launch the course.
