I don't understand Cantonese, so please let me ask in English.
If I want a specific bag, how long should I wait for it to arrive after I request it from SA?
I don't know if my request went through Because my SA just says I will contact you if it is in stock.

I started shopping in May this year and reached 100K last month.
SA doesn't tell me how much more I have to spend…

As you said you reached 100K in Sep ( I assume that already excluded small leather goods?), it has been 3 months, which may be a bit long for C19. Instead of not specifying any colour, it may be better if you would give your SA some colour range (eg grey / red / green etc). Because it may be difficult for her to ‘pick’ which C19 bag to apply for you, even the next shipment has 10 C19 bags. If she is not that kind of ‘proactive angel SA’, she may not list all 10 of them for you to pick in advance.

I asked SA if Birkin and Kelly were harder than Constance.
She said it depends on the shipment（She never prompted me to buy more）
Maybe because I'm a foreigner, she doesn't tell me anything about spending...

If she says "waiting for shipment" (and not asking you to spend extremely much again) then why not just wait but "create" another "identity" to go for another store to try instead?
I mean if the shipment really comes then you will get a bag; if it doesn't then you are not wasting your time and money on him/her anymore. The worst scenario is you continue to spend huge sum on her without getting anything.

I was thinking about it too, but my SA gave me Picotin offer only...

I'm wondering if I should continue shopping with her, or if I should throw away my spending and go to a different SA.

Has the SA hinted you to buy anything (introducing products to you)? If not, perhaps it’s just timing as one month is not a very long time.

If you’re really anxious, you may visit the shop and ask (if you hasn’t asked in between the month you’re waiting).
