Job duties:
Conduct inbound/ outbound calls to meet business objectives.
Handle customer requests and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Deliver prompt and high-quality customer service and handle daily operation to meet service targets in accordance with bank policies, regulatory standard and compliance requirements.
On-shift duty as required.
Requirements
Secondary / Post-secondary graduate or above.
Excellent communication skill with strong compliance and customer service mindset.
Pro-active, self-motivated, independent, customer centric and pleasant personality.
Relevant working experience in customer service/ live chat support service and preferably in banking industry/ financial institution is definitely an advantage.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, is definitely an advantage.
Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese.
Fluency in Putonghua and English is definitely an advantage.
Available date on or before 6 May 2024 is highly preferred.
