I think your 表哥表嫂 need to find out why they could not ger pregnant frist!! That is very important.
Some ladies have the problem of PCOS, that is they have too much male hormones, and cause infertiltiy. For them, they cannot take DHEA, as DHEA is a mild male hormone.
Some ladies have the ovarian reserve 卵巢衰退, then DHEA may help.
