As working mum, I cant spend 120 min to swim everyday, I don't think I can take this method although it is faster than jogging.

It's really depends how your schedule, I spend 1 hour a day and 5 - 6 days a week to exercise.
Change your exercise program will help plateau, because your body get used to the same program, change the intensive, duration or different exercise will help.
You should have at least one rest day a week, your muscle need rest. Sweating means your body use sweating to adjust the temperature of the body, doesn't mean your exercise is not effective. If y ...
