Public school starts at 5 yrs old
I work in orange, so I have decided on Fullerton, private montessori for my boys. It's depends on whether I can hire a nanny to decide on the time. But from the price card, full day is only $50 more than half day n after school day care is about $100 on top of tuition

For 2 years old, they can only go to private daycare or preschool. Some preschool has minimum admission age, some need to be potty trained. It depends on which one you like. If you are working full time, she needs to be in the full time program. If you will be stay home mom or part time, half day is ok too and cheaper. I don't know where you can find the information because we usually ask around for school information.
Arcadia,Diamond Bar and Walnut have very good high school.
Anyway I live in Walnut so I know Walnut high school is good.
