我個囡都係剛剛上星期先出牙咋!十個半月先出!
因為佢冇牙,
所以我會切到d食物好似星星餅size囉!
因佢食到星星餅,
瓜菓同一size應ok。

溶雪最好放入雪櫃喺安全嘅溫度下解凍,所以要早1-2日由冰箱攞出嚟,完全解凍後就可以蒸/煲/叮熱。食物完全解凍後要在3日內食。

我以前做飲食業,上好多food hygiene course,用microwave defrost唔係建議做法,唔好以為煮耐d就可以殺晒d菌,因有d菌係超級菌,殺唔死,仲會越加熱越生長得快架!

I steam or poach the food first but like chicken or beef, I will sometimes pan-fried in unsalted butter to give it a savory smell. Then the food goes into blender.

I add rice cereal only when food is not thick in consistency.

Currently using Phxxxps' blender but not very good cuz it overheat very easily. Then need to wait for it to cool down before I can start blending again!

How do you make these? do you steam all the ingredients then smash or use the blender to make them soft first then mix all together?

seems no cereal or rice in these, is that right?

I am thinking to get a blender? any recommendations?

人奶我覺得似花奶味,幾香,我見好多人都咁講,未聽過有人話腥同咸。Formula就真係腥,我試過少少,差d嘔!

有時我都會freeze d食物,不過我通想只freeze veggie/fruit mixture,肉係食時先加新鮮嘅!

我都係俾三文魚BB食,一來好似你咁講有多d omega-3,另外係我住呢邊魚類選擇唔多,試過俾少少sea bass佢食,不過多骨仔。你都講得啱,BB formula腥過三文魚多多聲!

I usually cook the congee in the morning(for lunch and dinner), the congee for dinner will steam instead of using the microwave.
