I steam or poach the food first but like chicken or beef, I will sometimes pan-fried in unsalted butter to give it a savory smell. Then the food goes into blender.
I add rice cereal only when food is not thick in consistency.
Currently using Phxxxps' blender but not very good cuz it overheat very easily. Then need to wait for it to cool down before I can start blending again!
oooh...so much work for the chestnuts...let me try it later 先
Maybe I will make Salmon this weekend...I guess it is not good for freezing?
Strange...many ppl told me that their breastmilk is 腥 and 咸...but i tasted mine few times, even the 冰奶 is sweet and no smell wor
