Agree very very much! I don't expect anything much from her but juz to draw a card for the kids on their birthday will show her sincerity but never had I received such kinda stuff from those rubbish, except only one of them who was really a nice Bun.
There is no rule to it but i beleive its a norm to provide clothes washing powder and toilet paper. Oppositely, if we dont provide, it seems a bit mean to them.
As for toilet paper, I usually buy cheap toilet roll papers exclusively for the helper, and its placed inside teh guest toilet for her to use (actually nobody shares the guest toilet withr her and it's her private toilet.) So she can't use ours.
